  Rude...Rude..Rude..Went in there today and seen the rude owner lady. My truck had just been repaired by a 3rd party insurance company from a wreck. I asked if she had someone that could listen to my speaker to see if they had an idea if it's a radio or speaker problem since it was no longer sounding correctly since the wreck. The speaker was in the door that has to be replaced. She immediately told me that they do not work for free they charge for this. U know, if she would have just said ok and made an effort to listen to it in front of me, I would have let her repair the problem. Instead i told her this is why wouldnt do business with her. She took offense and told me to leave her store, threatened to call the law, and we cussed each other out. I let they guy ouside with customers know what i thought of the owner as i was leaving. This is a nasty lady and doesn't deserve anyone's hard earned money. I then took my truck to Berger ' Audio and the owners there got inside my truck and listen to my speaker without me even mentioning the horrible experience I had just had at Dirty South Kustoms. So avoid this place, I don't do business with people that are money hungry and truly have no respect for local customers. Update- Since sharing my experience I have been contacted by a lot of people that has had problems my this owner, including her calling the police multiple times to remove people from the premises. If your continually have to call the police on people maybe the problem with the owner and not the customers.
